Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for Ivy Park at Piner in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time role from 2PM to 10PM focuses on compassionate daily care, ADLs, safety, and resident independence within a five-star senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work with elderly residents and follow care plans.
• Able to pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report health changes to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
