Job summary

Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Skilled Nursing team as an Activity Assistant, responsible for implementing a varied scope of activities and recreation. This full-time position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

The daily duties include developing creative programs for residents, recording attendance, and reporting changes to the Activity Director. You’ll transport residents to activities, assist with meals, set up dining rooms, and help

• High school graduate with strong verbal and writing skills.

• Provides input and initiates creative programs for residents with varying levels of functioning.
• Daily charting of attendance, one-on-one visits, and reporting changes to the Activity Director.
• Transporting residents to activities, assisting with meals and dining room setup, and supervising group activities.
