Universal Storage Group in Oklahoma is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of store facilities and storage units. You will supervise day-to-day maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and security of the property.

The role requires hands-on skills in painting, carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing, and regular inspections. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required, with competitive pay and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Background check completed successfully.
• Drug screen completed successfully.
• Attitude and aptitude testing required.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect storage units and equipment.
• Maintain overall maintenance of storage and office facilities.
• Clean spaces as vacated, hallways and grounds as needed.
• Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain neat, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks.
• Perform physical site inspections of facilities.
• Assist in monthly lock cuts.
• Painting, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing work.
• Assist with fire tests and annual inspections.
• Repair and maintain structure including landscaping.
• Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions and other wood structures.

As a USG Maintenance Manager your responsibilities include:

• Visually inspect storage units and equipment
• Responsible for overall maintenance of storage and office facilities
• Clean space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed
• Clean office, restrooms and common areas daily
• Maintains a neat, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily
• Performs physical site inspections of facilities
• Assist in monthly lock cuts
• Painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing; i.e. changing light bulbs and ballasts, unclogging drains, hasp repair/replacement
• Assist with fire tests and annual inspections
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment including landscaping
• Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. Remove or install partition walls as needed
