Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA to provide customer service, deter incidents, and support access control. This unarmed patrol position requires a valid driver's license and involves daytime shifts with a fixed schedule.

You will conduct regular patrols of the retail location, respond to incidents, complete reports, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screen may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patrons, visitors, and staff by following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the location to identify hazards or concerns.
• Monitor access points to support a welcoming environment.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to management.
