Job summary

Allied Universal in Seattle, WA seeks a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Digital Records to protect clients across retail locations. You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Guard card or license preferred but not required for all roles.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors and staff.
• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of retail areas and parking lots.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report them per site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and lost property inquiries.
• Document observations and communicate findings to site management.
