Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations; notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of utility facilities, grounds, perimeters, parking, and access points.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual activity, and hazardous conditions; deter incidents with professional presence.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift documentation per site requirements.
