Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer in Crosby, TX. This full-time, full-time position involves armed/unarmed patrol, access control, and exceptional customer service.

You will monitor sites, verify credentials, respond to incidents, and document activities while maintaining a safe environment. Requirements include a Level III Armed Certification in Texas and a high school diploma; armed roles require 21+ and a valid Guard Card/license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Level III armed certification in Texas required.
• Armed guard card/license preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen where permitted.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor access points and perimeter areas.
• Verify credentials and observe visitor and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms and notify appropriate responders.
• Prepare clear patrol reports and logs of observations and incidents.
