Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Earle C. Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY, where staff provide services to local youth and uphold safety on campus. The role is a full-time security position on 2nd shift with daily responsibilities for access control and safety.

You will help equip a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of security experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Patrol center grounds and manage front desk sign-in and badge distribution.
• Monitor ID badges to ensure staff and students wear them.
• Ensure safety of staff, students, and visitors and report incidents.
• Control, surveillance, investigation, and reporting of center property and facilities.
