Job summary

Allied Universal in Savannah, GA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed to serve clients across commercial real estate settings. You will patrol, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This daytime shift runs 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required for driving posts, and applicants must meet minimum experience and background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving posts.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as conditions of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoffs with clear communication.
