Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and assist visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance or safety concerns.
