Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required.
Drug screen required.
Licensing requirements may be required.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including office spaces, parking areas, access points, loading zones, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
