Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Shreveport, LA. You will perform driving and foot patrols, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service at a utilities location.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, documenting entries, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. Excellent communication and adherence to site procedures are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and the public by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, substations, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and documenting entries; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and assist with response.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation and communicate observations to leadership.
