Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time in Saint Paul, MN. You will patrol commercial real estate sites, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Role involves shift scheduling, incident reporting, and collaboration with property management. A background check and drug screen will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Background check considerations for qualified applicants.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify issues and report them.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; document unauthorised access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and share information with leadership and property representatives.
