Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a drug screen at time of hire and random thereafter (including marijuana).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and act as a positive reflection of the company.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or incidents.
• Perform foot and/or vehicle patrols as assigned.
• Control access to restricted areas by checking IDs and following procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and enforce location policies.
• Respond to emergencies, including CPR/First Aid/AED as needed.
