Per Mar Security Services is hiring for a full-time Security Officer for first shift (7:00am-3:00pm) in Osceola, Iowa. Starting pay is $14.25 per hour with a $0.25 raise after 6 months and again at 1 year. The role includes monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and reporting issues while ensuring safety and security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must possess integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
