Role Overview

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, clients, and employees at a multi-experiential live music venue, bar, and restaurant through crowd control and enforcement of company policies. Provide exceptional service and assist in meeting the needs and expectations of all guests. Reports to the Manager of Safety & Security.

Responsibilities

1. Perform safety and security duties, including maintaining order, directing traffic, checking identification, and enforcing policies such as age and alcohol regulations.
2. Support the security function to protect assets and ensure the personal safety of employees and guests.
3. Respond to emergencies (medical, fire, weather), assist guests, and coordinate evacuations. Collaborate with law enforcement and first responders.
4. Assist patrons and employees needing medical attention; may administer minor first aid, CPR, and AED.
5. Provide security for artists, dignitaries, and VIPs.
6. Conduct safety and security audits, report hazards, and document incidents.
7. Provide on-the-job training to new security officers.
8. Assist in maintaining overall property cleanliness.
9. Uphold corporate standards, policies, and legal regulations; support brand SOPs.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in law enforcement or security, especially in entertainment/hospitality venues, preferred.

Skills and Certifications

• Strong communication skills.
