This full-time role requires a high school diploma, background check, and drug screen. You will operate access-control systems, maintain visitor records, perform patrols, document incidents, and support a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying IDs, visitor authorization, contractor credentials, and delivery documentation.
• Operate access-control systems, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, issue and recover credentials, and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, warehouse operations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
