Securitas USA is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for Richmond Heights, MO. The role ensures a secure environment through access control, patrolling, and proactive incident response. You will engage with client staff and visitors to uphold safety standards and policies throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Fri–Tues 2300–0700. Training is provided, and company benefits are available.

Full-Time Security Officer

Primary Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Wage:$19.00/HR

Schedule: Fri - Tues: 2300 - 0700

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Driving record must meet company and / or insurance standards.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Reliable means of transportation needed.
