Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex- Security Officer in Jackson, MO to help maintain a safe environment at client sites. The role involves access control, patrolling, and enforcing site regulations for personnel and visitors.

The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be able to work 12-hour shifts, stay vigilant, and pass pre-employment screenings; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use technology devices during shift.
• Conduct property tours.
• Create badges as required.

Flex- Security Officer

12 Hour Shifts The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Primary Location: Jackson, MO

Wage: $18.30/HR

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior Security or Military experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
