Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a security officer to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets. The role involves patrolling casino and outdoor areas, identifying disturbances or hazards, and taking appropriate action to maintain a secure environment.

The candidate should be prepared to respond to emergencies in line with laws and company policies, safeguard all keys, and complete shift-related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
• Physical requirements include lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and moderate to strenuous exertion.
• Prior experience in casino security (or similar field) preferred.
• May be required to possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Company and/or insurers.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
