Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Admission Driver in Lebanon, IN. The role involves managing entry points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor records at a commercial real estate site.

A valid driver’s license is required for driving duties. The position is full-time with a daytime schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, five days a week, and offers benefits including health and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify identification and access credentials, process visitors, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with location requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and responding agencies when appropriate.
