Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Site Entry Security in Lebanon, IN. You will safeguard clients across commercial real estate and similar properties, while providing courteous customer service and enforcing site access policies.

Responsibilities include issuing visitor badges, verifying credentials, patrolling entrances and perimeters, and responding to alarms with calm, professional action.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by enforcing site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and manage access by verifying credentials and issuing temporary badges; maintain accurate visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to alarms/incidents in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular/patrols of entrances, common areas, parking, and perimeter to detect unauthorized access or hazards.
• Operate access-control and visitor-management systems and document daily activities and observations.
