Echo Falls Seafoods in Monroe, WA is seeking full-time Seafood Processors for our production team. Work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays; cold, loud, fast-paced environment. We provide uniforms and PPE; please bring waterproof boots. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour.

Key duties include accurate order picking, packing, labeling, and quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met. Opportunities for growth and a safe work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires self-starters who can work independently and with others as a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in a manufacturing plant.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and sorts each order accurately by customer standards.
• May use pliers to remove any bones missed by the machine.
• Rotates fresh product according to Echo Falls specifications.
• Packs, seals, and labels containers; weighs and counts products.
• Inspects product quality before boxing and ensures safety standards.
