Morrison Living in Michigan is seeking a full-time COOK at Michigan Masonic Home in Alma. You will prepare meals in accordance with applicable standards for quality and safety, with a 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm schedule. Prior large-batch and scratch cooking experience is required.

You will work with a dedicated culinary team to deliver nutritious meals, maintain HACCP standards, and support daily operations in a compassionate, customer-focused environment within the Compass Group network.

Qualificações

• Prior large-batch cooking experience preferred.
• Scratch cooking experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and follows safe food-handling procedures; operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required; assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as needed.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains proper presentation and serving temperatures; adheres to all safety and company policies.
