Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60+ college credits required; ParaPro passing score acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Experience with youth in K-8 settings preferred.
• Fingerprint-based background check required prior to hire.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily instruction using provided lesson plans across various subjects and grade levels.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment consistent with district expectations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Associate degree, 60+ college credits, or passing score on the ParaPro exam required; Bachelor's degree or Vermont Teaching License preferred.
