Aspire Senior Living seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in senior residents. You will work within a healthcare team to create and implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA certification in Missouri required.
• Experience working with senior populations or individuals with speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide direct patient care including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Speech-Language Pathologist will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and strategies. Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification in Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Missouri

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
