Aspire Senior Living in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in our senior residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, direct patient care, group sessions, documentation, and collaboration in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification in Speech-Language Pathology in Missouri.
• Experience with senior populations and/or cognitive disorders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Experience working with senior populations and/or individuals with speech, language, and cognitive disorders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
