Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in Mineral Wells, Texas. You will deliver direct therapy in an educational setting, assess students, and develop individualized plans to improve communication skills.

You'll collaborate with educators, parents, and a multidisciplinary team, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliant records in line with district requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Current Texas SLP license required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in educational settings preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining organized and compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for speech, language, and fluency disorders.
• Assess students' communication abilities and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
• Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom carryover of therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district and legal standards.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to families and educational personnel.
