Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' communication development in a collaborative educational setting. This full-time role focuses on assessment, intervention, and IEP collaboration to help learners thrive academically and socially.

You will work with educators, families, and specialists to tailor therapy plans, document progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing direct therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams of educators, families, and related service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive communication assessments and interpret results to guide treatment planning and IEP development.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address communication challenges in the classroom and support inclusive practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes, preparing necessary reports related to student performance and development.
• Contribute to the creation of supportive and inclusive environments for all learners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on communication disorders and strategies.
• Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
