Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in Abilene, Texas to support student communication and language development in educational settings.

The SLP will assess, provide therapy, document progress, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEPs, and advocate for evidence-based practices to help students meet goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure as an SLP.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing screenings of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain service logs and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in speech-language pathology.
• Provide training to school staff on communication strategies.
