Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time school contract in Hickory, NC. The role focuses on evaluating and supporting students with communication disorders within IEP goals.

Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and NC licensure or eligibility, plus NCDPI certification/eligibility; CCC-SLP is preferred. Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active NC SLP license or eligibility.
• NCDPI certification or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing when applicable.
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to maximize student outcomes.
