Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the current school year in Hickory, NC. This full-time school contract offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, and support from a dedicated recruiter and clinical team.

You will evaluate students, develop and monitor IEP goals, provide direct and indirect therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families. Must hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and NC licensure or be eligible, with CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility.
• NCDPI certification or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Pediatric or school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and Medicaid billing when applicable.
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to maximize student outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility)
• North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) certification or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required
