Job summary

The Eugene School District 4J is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide health services across schools under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role supports student safety, administers medications per protocol, conducts health screenings, and maintains accurate health records as part of the district's student services.

Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, on a 196-day school year schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LPN license and six months of relevant clinical experience.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED card required; immunization knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver''s license with insured vehicle may be required for district assignments.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, perform nursing tasks and health screenings as assigned.
• Administer medications and insulin per protocol with parent/guardian consent.
• Maintain health records and coordinate with school staff to support student wellbeing.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid at the school site.
