Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility for shift/schedule changes with 72 hours' notice when possible.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures or weather.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions.
• Neat and clean appearance; good moral character and dependable.
• Able to read, write and communicate professionally with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties to keep buildings clean, safe and presentable.
• Clean floors, walls, bathrooms, classrooms, offices and common areas.
• Attend to cafeteria areas: floors, hood filters, kitchen and hand sinks.
• Conduct minor maintenance repairs and assist in snow removal.
• Regular attendance is required and follow instructions carefully.
• Work under supervision of Building Chief or administrator.
