Responsibilities

• Assists maintenance personnel as needed.
• General cleaning, lifting, possible lawn care and snow removal, minor building maintenance.
• Monitor building security and safety by unlocking/locking doors as required.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to protect floors and people.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Assist staff with daily needs and event preparations.
• Assist public in using facilities and obtaining equipment.
• Move materials and equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
