Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in a full-time, in-person role.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, psychologists, therapists, and parents to support student success. The position features Monday–Friday school hours, benefits, and the opportunity to impact students' communication and academic progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Maryland SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.
