Job summary

Arkids Pediatric Day Centers is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a local school district in Lamar, Arkansas. This school-based position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers and families to support students' communication and language skills.

As an SLP, you will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings. The role provides flexibility and a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Passion for working with children and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting.
• Complete timely electronic documentation.
