Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Conduct screenings and monitor progress to adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Provide staff training and parent education to promote speech and language development
