Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students across Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs in elementary and secondary settings. You will directly assist with classroom participation, behavioral support, personal care, and daily activities while working closely with teachers and staff.

The contract runs through the end of the school year with a potential for rehire next year based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work full school day Monday–Friday.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, behavioral, and personal care support to students.
• Assist with classroom participation, daily activities, and personal care.
• Maintain strong communication and required reporting with teachers.
