Job summary

St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and family therapy within the Grand Center Arts Academy (grades 6–12).

This full-time role follows a day shift from 7:45am to 4:15pm, with benefits eligibility and a supportive team. The role requires a Master's Degree in Social Services or a related field, active LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent license, 2–5 years of experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, and in some cases, family therapy to active clients.
• Updates the treatment plan to reflect therapy goals. Collaborates with other professionals regarding client participation level, progress, and setbacks.
• Completes intakes for individuals requesting services at BJC, assessing their eligibility based on symptomology, treatment history, and current needs.
• Develops and facilitates education for clients.
