Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. in Hudson, MA is seeking a full-time CDL Charter Driver to transport students and passengers to and from field trips and events, delivering safe, timely service with clear directions.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain CDL/state certifications, follow traffic laws, and adapt to last-minute changes while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus to transport passengers to and from field trips, sporting events, etc., safely and on time.
• Assess traffic and road conditions and monitor passenger behavior as needed.
• Follow all state and federal traffic laws while operating the vehicle.
• Maintain CDL and state school bus certifications and adhere to guidelines on criminal, medical, drug tests and driving records.
• Assist passengers onto and off the vehicle as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safety checks as required by company standards.
