Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an entry-level grain operations worker to join our North American agribusiness and renewable fuels team. You will assist with receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging, and shipping of grain, while following strict food safety and quality protocols.

Hours are typically 7a-4p, with occasional overtime depending on season. The role involves working at the scale, handling testing and ensuring quality expectations are met, and may include some administrative

• Maintain a good working knowledge and adherence to all food safety policies and procedures.
• Perform all tasks in a fashion that promotes the safety and quality of our products.
• Actively participate in all required food safety and quality related meetings and training events.
• Report all food safety and quality issues to management immediately.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain.
