The Andersons is seeking a grain operations associate to handle receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain. The role emphasizes safety, quality and compliance with food safety policies while supporting packaging operations.
Hours are 7a-4p with overtime depending on season; minimal supervision and a focus on training in food safety and quality practices. The position may involve scale work and some administrative tasks as needed.

This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain.

Hours will primarily be 7a-4p. There will be some OT available depending on the season.
This individual will primarily work the scale and be responsible for testing and ensuring quality expectations are being met. May also take on some additional administrative responsibilities
