Daily Responsibilities

Pro Sales Specialists actively move throughout the store or garden center, engaging with Pro customers, discussing project needs, and providing expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the Pro business to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply for product ordering and service delivery.
  • Inform customers about service, brand, and value benefits of the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
  • Utilize CRM to build relationships, streamline processes, and enhance customer service.
  • Promote and assist with MVPs Pro rewards, Pro Credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
  • Communicate product, warranty, and program information to customers.
  • Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service and product knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years sales experience, with ability to identify and sell based on customer needs
  • 1-2 years customer service experience, including resolving issues and building relationships
  • Ability to sit, bend, stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
  • Legal eligibility to obtain sales-related licensure if required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics
  • Experience with entering and submitting sales orders, including special orders
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Bilingual skills
