As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will guide and consult with Pro customers who visit our stores. These customers are engaged in building, maintaining, repairing, and operating across multiple properties and job sites, requiring materials and supplies to support their projects.

Daily Responsibilities

Pro Sales Specialists are active, engaging with customers, answering questions, and discussing project needs. Your role involves consulting with Pro customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the Pro business to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply for product orders and service delivery.
  • Communicate benefits of Lowe's services and programs to customers.
  • Build customer relationships using CRM tools to enhance service and sales.
  • Promote Pro rewards, credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
  • Provide product and warranty information, and cross-train in other store areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years sales experience with customer needs assessment skills.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience, including resolving issues and building relationships.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Legal ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional sales or customer service experience with sales goals.
  • Experience with sales order entry, including special orders.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Bilingual skills.
