Your Day at Lowe's

Pro Sales Specialists are active, moving throughout the store, assisting Pro customers, discussing project needs, and helping solve their business challenges. Your expertise ensures customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Pro business to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply for product orders via Fulfillment and Delivery.
  • Inform customers about service, brand, and value benefits of the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
  • Build customer relationships using CRM tools to improve service and sales.
  • Promote Pro rewards, credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
  • Communicate product, warranty, and application information.
  • Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years sales experience, with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience, resolving issues, assisting with product location, greeting, and building relationships.
  • Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
  • Obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
  • Experience entering and submitting customer sales orders.
  • Relevant professional certification.
  • Bilingual skills.
