Your Day at Lowe's

You will be active in the store or garden center, engaging with Pro customers, discussing project needs, and providing solutions. Your consulting services ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Pro customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
• Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply for product orders and delivery.
• Promote the benefits of Lowe's services and programs.
• Utilize CRM to build relationships and streamline processes.
• Encourage enrollment in Pro rewards and promote Pro credit solutions.
• Provide product information, warranty details, and cross-train in other store areas.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years sales experience and customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sit, stand, and move around the store.
• Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Obtain any necessary sales licenses or registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service with sales goals.
• Experience with sales orders, including special orders.
• Relevant professional certifications.
• Bilingual skills.
