Your Day at Lowe's

Pro Sales Specialists are active, moving throughout the store, answering phones, and engaging with Pro customers. Your primary focus will be communicating with Pro customers, discussing their project needs, and helping solve their business challenges.

Your expertise helps ensure Pro customers' needs are met efficiently, enhancing their experience and supporting their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the Pro business to assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise
• Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products through the Fulfillment and Delivery network
• Inform customers about Service, Brand, and Value benefits of using the Fulfillment and Delivery network
• Build customer relationships using CRM to improve service and increase sales
• Promote Pro rewards, partnership programs, Pro Credit solutions, and the Pro wallet
• Provide information on stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver excellent customer service and understand store-wide purchasing trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years sales experience, with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs
• 1-2 years customer service experience, including resolving issues, assisting with product location, greeting, answering phones, and building customer relationships
• Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by law

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics
• Experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special orders
• Relevant professional certification
• Bilingual skills
