Role Overview

As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will guide and consult with Pro customers, who build, maintain, repair, and operate across multiple properties and job sites. Your expertise will help customers find the products and services they need to succeed in their projects.

Your Day at Lowe's

You will be active in the store or garden center, engaging with Pro customers, discussing project needs, and providing solutions. Your consulting services will ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the Pro business to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
  • Coordinate with Lowe's Pro Supply for product orders and service delivery.
  • Inform customers about service, brand, and value benefits of the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
  • Utilize CRM to build relationships, streamline processes, and enhance customer service.
  • Promote Pro rewards, credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
  • Provide information on stock, special orders, and warranty details.
  • Cross-train in other store areas to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, resolving issues, assisting with product location, greeting, and building customer relationships.
  • Ability to sit, bend, stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Obtain necessary sales-related licensure if required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or customer service with sales goals.
  • Experience entering and submitting sales orders, including special orders.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Bilingual skills.
