Job summary

Massage Envy West Farm is seeking team members in Farmington for full-time and part-time roles. You will provide exceptional customer service, promote Total Body Care, and help clients schedule services, upsell the Wellness Program, and guide homecare retail purchases.

The position emphasizes multitasking, math and computer skills, and strong people skills to build lasting guest relationships in a wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and Massage Envy Wellness Program; book services and promote homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
